Associate Marketing Manager, Demand Generation

OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an Associate Marketing Manager for our Demand Generation division to join our rapidly growing Revenue team. 

As an Associate Marketing Manager, you will be exposed to all facets of the business and be encouraged to learn and develop skills both within and beyond your role. You will be working in one of the most collaborative offices in Center City Philly, surrounded by passionate, high-performing individuals. Working closely with marketing leadership, this role will assist in developing impactful marketing programs that generate new, qualified leads while effectively moving along existing pipeline through the sales stages with efficiency.

The ideal candidate is an intelligent, motivated person who will tactically execute revenue-driving marketing programs, as well as serve as the lead for Sidecar’s event strategy and execution. 

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 1+ year(s) of related B2B marketing experience, specific to demand generation and event marketing
  • Experience carrying out revenue-driving marketing efforts, including tactical campaign execution 
  • Proven experience with successful trade show planning and execution 
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and well-organized; able to manage time and meet deadlines for concurrent projects/assignments in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience partnering with marketing and sales on the delivery of successful event ROI
  • Highly organized with an ability to manage resources, budgets, and vendor relationships
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Metric driven, with the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (eg. Salesforce, Pardot, etc.)
  • BA in Marketing or related discipline

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As an Associate Marketing Manager on our Demand Generation team, you will oversee the management of all industry trade show participation and sponsorships, own and maintain the events budget, serve as project manager for all internally-produced webinars, and handle additional duties as assigned. 

  • Work with marketing and sales leadership to develop campaign and event strategies that meet and exceed goals and objectives
  • Assist in the tactical execution of end-to-end demand generation marketing campaigns
  • Analyze, track, and report on campaign and event ROI based on predetermined pipeline, revenue, and lead qualification metrics using CRM (Salesforce.com), email marketing, project management, and similar systems
  • Assist in the sourcing, qualifying, nurturing, and managing of leads according defined process
  • Own and lead customer gifting program 
  • Build and cultivate strong relationships with internal and external decision makers (i.e., marketing, sales, and external vendors)
  • Work with in-house creative team to ensure event display and giveaways accurately represent the Sidecar brand
  • Responsible for ordering, shipping, and tracking event inventory including collateral, giveaways, etc.
  • Occasional travel (up to 15%) will be required
