Customer Strategy Analyst

OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Customer Strategy Analyst to join our rapidly growing Revenue team. 

As a Customer Strategy Analyst, you will be exposed to all facets of the business and be encouraged to learn and develop skills both within and beyond your role. You’ll be working in one of the most collaborative offices in Center City Philly, surrounded by passionate, high-performing individuals.

The ideal candidate is an intelligent, motivated person who enjoys working with data.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 0-2 years of experience working in an Analyst capacity
  • Analytical in nature (our clients and partners are all in an ROI driven industry)
  • Above average skills with Microsoft Excel (command over formulas, V lookups, pivot tables)
  • Passionate about using data skills to solve complex problems and identify new opportunities
  • Excited to collaborate in a team setting
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment -- and capable of tackling new data challenges thrown your way

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Math, Finance, or other related field
  • Some familiarity with the digital marketing landscape, basic understanding or experience with Google Shopping
  • Experience managing digital advertising campaigns and optimizing KPIs towards customer goals
  • Google AdWords or Google Analytics certification or experience

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze key metrics of online marketing campaigns 
  • Provide high-level oversight of client performance and account status within Google Shopping and Bing Shopping
  • Prepare client reporting and quarterly business reviews to align Sidecar value and client expectations
  • Collaborate with Customer Strategy Managers to uncover optimization opportunities through data analysis
  • Serve as a Strategic Partner by applying relevant client business insights to campaign strategies
  • Extract Data from several sources -- Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Comparison Shopping Engines, and SiSense
  • Expose awesome new opportunities for technology improvements using data analysis and showcasing them to our product and tech teams
