Sales Development Representative


We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our rapidly growing Sales team. 

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be exposed to all facets of the business and be encouraged to learn and develop skills both within and beyond your role. You’ll be working in one of the most collaborative offices in Center City Philly, developing and working with machine learning technology, surrounded by passionate, high-performing individuals.

The Sales Development Representative candidate is an intelligent, motivated person that enjoys developing new business. 


  • Experience prospecting, networking and/or new business development
  • Desire to join a fast-paced inside sales team
  • Coachable and competitive spirit
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Top-notch organizational & follow up skills
  • You are a strong communicator- both verbal/on the phone and written
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment


  • 1+ years of experience on an inside sales or business development team
  • Software or retail background
  • Familiar with CRM software (SFDC preferred)
  • Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Experience working with digital marketing platforms and channels - Google, Bing, Facebook, etc.


  • Leading introductory sales calls and assisting Account Executives by scheduling meetings/presentations for midmarket and SMB prospects
  • Leverage multiple outreach methods (cold call, email, social media) to engage and build out the top of the sales funnel
  • Proactively target and qualify potential clients
  • Qualify inbound leads based on criteria and manage the inbound lead process
  • Working your way through the hierarchy of e-commerce businesses, pitching mid-level and senior executives
  • Serve as an expert on Sidecar, educating prospects on the value of Sidecar technology and developing them into sales-ready opportunities
  • Maintain and track all prospective account updates and progress through Salesforce
