Marketing Manager, Demand Generation

OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager for our Demand Generation division to join our rapidly growing Revenue team. 

As a Marketing Manager, you will be exposed to all facets of the business and be encouraged to learn and develop skills both within and beyond your role. You will be working in one of the most collaborative offices in Center City Philly, surrounded by passionate, high-performing individuals. This role will work closely with marketing and sales leadership to develop impactful marketing programs that generate new, qualified leads while effectively moving along existing pipeline through the sales stages with efficiency.

The ideal candidate is an intelligent, motivated person who has a proven track record of developing and executing impactful marketing programs with a focus on inbound, excellent digital marketing, search, and lead management.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 4+ years of related B2B marketing or demand generation experience
  • Proven track record of scaling, measuring, and improving the effectiveness of demand generation efforts 
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated and self-directed; able to manage time and meet deadlines for concurrent projects/assignments in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical background and previous experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (eg. Salesforce, Pardot, etc.) 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in high-growth or SaaS environment, retail, or e-commerce marketing 
  • Experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Webinar planning and production
  • BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, or related field

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Marketing Manager on our Demand Generation team, you will deliver on strategic integrated marketing programs that drive awareness and demand for Sidecar, grow sales pipeline, and accelerate the sales cycle.

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns geared toward middle- and bottom-of-funnel prospects to generate a marketing funnel and pipeline
  • Utilize integrated digital marketing tactics to generate and nurture qualified leads, increase website traffic and increase engagement, especially for mid-market and enterprise accounts
  • Work closely with the content team to build and manage our down-funnel content library based on knowledge of prospect audience 
  • Blend traditional and progressive digital tactics, content, and audience data to execute marketing campaigns that support business goals and demand generation strategy
  • Strategize with key stakeholders across marketing and sales to develop campaign goals and direction
  • Oversee and execute Google Ads retargeting campaigns and report on performance
  • Deliver regular status reports that communicate program performance against engagement and conversion metrics to key stakeholders across marketing and sales
  • Apply KPI learnings, analytics, and insights to better profile, target, and retarget prospects; drive continual optimization of campaign performance
